Privacy notice
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This is the whole notice. It covers one thing: the contact form on this site. That is the only place this site collects anything about you.
Who is collecting it
Denode Systems, 26-Q, Izmir Town, Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach us at contact@denodesystems.com about anything on this page.
What we collect, and only when you send it
- Your work email address
- Your company name, if you enter one
- The approximate monthly GCP spend range you select
- Anything you type into the free-text field
Nothing is collected by simply reading the page. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no cookie set by us.
Why we collect it, and on what lawful basis
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to scope and quote an engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interest. You contacted a business about its service, and replying is the obvious expected use. We do not use it for anything else.
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you did not ask for, sell or rent your details, or share them with a third party for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
- Our form provider receives the submission and passes it to our inbox. They process it on our instructions only.
- Our email provider stores the resulting message, as with any email.
- Our analytics is cookieless and does not identify you or link page views to a form submission. It counts visits; it does not build a profile.
That is the complete list. No advertising network, no data broker, no CRM enrichment service.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not turn into an engagement, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, the related records are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal or accounting obligation requires, and no longer.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@denodesystems.com and we will action it within 30 days. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.
If you are in the UK or the EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Client billing data, a separate thing
If you become a client, the billing data we review during an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this notice. In short, and consistent with what the FAQ on the main page says: read-only access, used only for your engagement, never shared or reused across clients, and deleted once the findings are delivered and confirmed.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
